Request access to Ringinx

Ringinx access is granted at the organization level, not to individuals. Use this form to request approval for your organization's domain. Each request is reviewed manually. Once your domain is approved, anyone with an email address on that domain can create an account on the Ringinx platform.

We approve the domain of this email (for example, yourcompany.com). Personal email addresses (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) cannot be approved.

By submitting you consent to be contacted by Ringinx about access to the platform.

Notice at collection (California residents): we collect the identifiers and professional information you provide here — name, work email, organization, and role — to verify your organization and manage access to Ringinx. We retain it only for that purpose, and we do not sell or share it. See our Privacy Policy for details and your rights.

What happens next

  1. We review your request and verify your organization manually.
  2. If approved, we add your organization's domain to the Ringinx platform. You'll receive an email from info@ringinx.com with further instructions.
  3. Once your domain is approved, anyone with an email address on that domain can create an individual account at the Ringinx sign-in page — no separate invitation required.
  4. Designating a domain administrator, who can consolidate accounts and configure single sign-on, is a separate step. See User and access management.
